Poll: What Will the Supreme Court Rule on the Affordable Care Act

This seems like a perfect time for a poll of you, my readers. Tomorrow morning we will know what the Supreme Court thinks of the Affordable Care Act. Will they uphold the law in its entirety? Will they strike down the individual mandate and leave the rest of the law intact? Will the Supreme Court come up with something completely unexpected? If you’re looking for some expert Supreme Court analysis, take a listen to this week’s Recess Appointment podcast with special guest, Elie Mystal from Abovethelaw.com (and while you’re at it, go ahead and subscribe for free on iTunes!).

Now is your chance to voice your prediction before the Supreme Court passes judgment on the Affordable Care Act. Fill out the following poll and provide your own commentary.

The Supreme Court will issue its opinion on the Affordable Care Act tomorrow morning at 10AM Eastern. At that point, let Affordable Care Act eulogizing or celebration begin in earnest.

It’s all getting overturned, which is a shame. But the Chamber of Commerce has won every case this term and that’s what they want.
